Drinking a cup of coffee on the balcony every morning starts my day right! There are many reasons why I love it here, and the list never stops. You will fall in love with their amenities, especially the pool – it’s a great place to hang out and meet other residents. Also, the location is convenient, with easy access to downtown!
I’ve been here for quite some time now and the amenities are one of the best parts of living here, especially the pool! I appreciate the friendly staff who are always ready to help with any issues or questions. I’m looking forward to staying longer than I planned!
I've been living here for about six months now, and it's been a great experience. The location is fantastic, it’s quiet enough to feel like a retreat from the busy city life. The amenities are amazing; I particularly love the terrace with its stunning views.
Location is everything in Nashville. Axis Apt great location. I know I lived here for 5 yrs. Before corporate purchased property. Fresh paint old walls new blinds maintenance none. Sundance is the 3rd property management they do not answer phone. I lived in 3 apartment on this property they closed the laundry pool has not been open in 2 years.. the water/sewage bill fluctuate.. maybe they will be better for you good luck.
Following a serious fall, I had issues with my mobility. I asked the management if I could be transferred from my upper-level unit to the ground floor. I was grateful to the management who really showed a great deal of support during the move. I appreciate their kindness a lot!
