*Edited Star Rating since Axis came through with filters Original 2 - Star Review: The owner has been ghosting me for about two weeks now? It's not even that big of a deal... just some filters we were promised. But this lack of communication makes me unconfident in other things that they said would be included in my AC/furnace system. I am not happy with this company. They did our AC conversation and from the beginning it was problematic. After they finished the work, our air was not working properly and it kept freezing. Tech kept coming out to trouble shoot and nothing fixed the problem. The master bedroom is always warm even with the thermostat at 68. The tech could not figure out what was wrong. I had to call another company to come out and he found the problem right away. He took pictures and the install job was shotty. There was things just taped to... read more

I recommend Axis great company they respond quick if you have any issues with your AC unit. Outstanding customer service would definitely recommend if you looking into getting refrigerated air

I was very Leary about hiring a contractor as I’ve read a bunch of stories about El Paso contractors not being honest. Axis Air was nothing but awesome. The owner Justin personally came by after the installation to verify everything , staff was friendly and knowledgeable, we would recommended them to anyone 5 star service
