Common areas are alway spotless and the staff is so amazing here!!
It's a good building. The mail system is great. The sharing area is getting updated in October 2025. There are 3 elevators, a docking area, and staff to receive visitors. Yeah, some stuff can be annoying, like loud music on weekends, SAP events that make it hard to get home, food smells from other apartments, windows only getting cleaned once a year, and if you cook a lot and need space, the kitchen storage could be an issue.
