I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had a friend who lived here for a couple of years, and their experience was extremely concerning. They had a Ring camera installed at their door, which captured a random man urinating in their valet trash can right outside their apartment. When this incident was reported to management, absolutely nothing was done about it. The lack of security at this property is alarming. This place was great until Bell Partners took over management. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill significantly since then. Communication with management is terrible. They rarely answer the phones, even for current residents, and getting a response to legitimate concerns is incredibly frustrating. During my time living here, we went over a week without gas, dealt with fire alarms going off at random hours throughout the night, and had to deal with the extremely loud noise from the DART Silver Line. After living at Axis 110 for a few months, I can confidently say that maintenance manager Tadiyos has been the standout part of my experience. From day one, his professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail have made me feel heard and valued. He takes every concern seriously, answers my questions promptly, and goes above and beyond to make sure issues are resolved. If i could give 0 stars I would. I lived here a year ago when it was managed by a different group, which made me return this past year. This new group is horrible, untimely, and apathetic in every way possible. Let me tell you everything wrong with this complex so that if I can save anyone the anguish and extra money they scam out of you, I may do so properly and professionally. Calls to the office? OMG where do I start Ms.LeShannon was sooo helpful. I enjoyed my tour with her even though I was a walk in although appointments were required, she got me in and out and she was very informative about the property which I Loved very welcoming,cool and sweet. I love my new Manager Lol
