Chairman of the company likes to spout his politics all over LinkedIn (I won't say which side he sits on because it doesn't really matter). Running an HR company while mouthing off about presidential politics in a public forum with your name attached is a bad look. Bad judgement in public, probably bad judgement in private. And from leadership at that. Definitely would not work with this company.
3rd party HR company that cares nothing for the employee or work culture but only the employer. If I could give less than a one star I would. Conducts no investigation into formal complaints filed against managers of the companies they service and instead dismisses the complaint as a “misunderstanding”. HR representatives of this company must be the absolute bottom of the barrel hires as no one with an ounce of professional integrity would conduct or treat employees with such disrespect.
There is a reason many organizations are transitioning out of Axios. They are unresponsive to employee needs-payroll, 401K, thanks for not responding.
This is the mother company to TMC Furniture where I'd worked for 8 months. Just prior to Valentine's day I was injured using a belt sander. I told Tom H. the shop manager & all he did was ask if I wanted an aspirin. I was fired 3 days later. After several days of pain I went to the emergency room & X-rays shown a broken wrist.
