Dr. Tran is very professional and caring. He didn’t rush the exam. All of the workers were also kind and caring.
I visited The Axion Spine & Neurosurgery facility in Riverdale, Ga. I was highly impressed with the staff and Dr. Walk-up. The facility is well kept. I felt very comfortable talking with Dr. Walkup, being it was my first appointment with him. He's patient, in taking the time to address certain issues and was through in answering any questions I had. I left the office with confidence in knowing everything I needed to know, and that everything would be ok. They really took good care of me. Thanks for everything Axion!!
Axion is full of excellent doctors and staff! They got me in quickly, explained in detail what the issue was and what needed to be done; worked on getting me scheduled for surgery, then followed up! There service has been superb!
My appointment was a second opinion scenario. Dr. Walkup retrieved my medical records & spoke to me personally about my previous procedures & how well they worked for me. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of Spinal Neurology. He even took his time to refer me to another physician for a totally different medical condition. Thank you Dr. Walkup Kimberly Balliew
