Great first visit at Axion today. The receptionist and care team were all very friendly and efficient in diagnosing my issues and took the time to make sure they captured all of my health history regarding it. PA Tiffany was so pleasant and courteous when assessing my situation and thoroughly helped to ensure I receive relief and resolution to my back pain as quickly as possible. She gave clear recommendations for next steps and I look forward to working with her and Dr. Mangrum to resolve my back pain issues.
Came to this location suggested by my physician and as I saw the reviews. I wasn't thrilled about my visit (extremely long wait times to the point I felt forgotten about twice, attitude from the front desk for accidentally walking to the wrong side, having to redo the same paperwork multiples times) but didn't bother leaving a review since I felt that it may have been an off day for staff and the doctor I visited that'll leave off here. Excellent progress with my brother. Excellent staff, nurses, and surgeon.
Best experience I’ve ever had with the surgical team. It was actually enjoyable. And they are very attentive and honestly care about the comfort of their patients.
First time patient, and they have gained my trust and confidence in just one appointment. Response time makes you feel like you have an inside contact. Would be awesome if every office would lead more to be this way.
