Great Gym however they'll push you to put in effort because they love you as a family member. I've told Francis not to push me that much but he pushes me and if someone pushes someone that much they'll stop going to the gym. Another thing is from my house it takes 15 minutes drive which is not much but I want to be able to wear open toed shoes as I prefer. Thank you Francis for all your help but if you can improve on something don't push me that much and more breaks.
If you are serious about lifting and bodybuilding, this is the place for you! The equipment is all Arsenal Strength, which is some of the best on the market. I would highly recommend this gym if you want something that is a step above any commercial gym out there!
