Takes over complexes yet doesn’t provide renters any information about payments most likely in attempt to force late fees. No notice or anything other than a simple piece of paper taped to the door stating “management changing from whomever to Axiom”, refuses to answer over a dozen phone calls, and was told by multiple other renters that they’re sneaking in and try to jack up rent mid lease. Very unimpressed with failure to communicate, or any of the things I’ve heard this far.
Axiom just took over our property and since they have everything that needed fixed was fixed and all my issues have been resolved. Can’t say enough great things about gs about this company
Based on my experience living at Park Lane Apartments in Lee’s Summit. The “Multisite Community Manager” there is Tina Eckert. I pay $1,120 per month for this place, and my unit is full of 30 year old cabinets, cheap formica countertops, old appliances and an ancient bathtub that gets a new toxic coat of paint with every new tenant.
