Nothing about them is worth even one start. Poor communication at its finest.
This company is one of the most genuine, down-to-earth, and people-friendly companies I've ever come across. They truly care about how they do business, and it shows in the way they treat both their employees and their residents.
Do not use this company or any of their properties. Fraudulent billing. Properties that are not well managed or maintained. They do not take accountability for anything. We had our washer catch on fire and flood the laundry room multiple times and it was never replaced. Read all of the reviews on any of their properties and see that you are much better elsewhere.
Beyond upset with the run down property the enclave I decided to move to in order to save money. The property has a rodent problem and the management is trying to down play the issue like it’s no big deal . I can not get ahold of the property owners to report the issue. I’m reaching out to my local state health department, news , housing . Because no way they think it’s acceptable to be living in such run down conditions.
