Not a fan at all of the management team that recently took over for Princeton Place Townhomes in Lawrence, lack of communication is my biggest issue. What really pushed me into not liking the management team was being told ‘I don’t understand!’ I’m sorry, you thought I didn’t understand, I am a very understanding person and tend to let things slide. I’ve lived at The Halston almost 2 years. Our newest manager, Annie, is professional, detail oriented, and a self starter. She has worked hard to bring a new sense of community and upgrade to this complex. Annie is pleasant, honest, and easily approachable. Unfortunately, our previous manager was friendly but failed to follow through with a work order or inquiry timely. Often times the information received was incorrect or incomplete. Thanks to Axiom Mgmt for bringing Annie to us.
Had a issue with our washer sensor and maintenance was there in less than an hour to help with the issue. Friendly staff, also maintain grounds well since taking over for the previous owners.
