A lot of times, you move into apartments where it isn't nearly as nice as the pictures online. This is NOT one of those places! Everything in the apartment was in great shape and beautifully taken care of. The apartment also has a lot more storage than I thought it would, and the neighbors are all super kind. I do wish it had an elevator, but for all of it's benefits, I don't mind the stairs so much.
Jackson was super nice and helpful! He assured me that the issue was just wear and tear and not anything we did! He was super polite and kind
The fence repair was done as good as possible; the post cap was replaced. The top of the near panel is also broken and needs replacing.
It’s pretty good! Axiom has one of the best third-party contractors doing maintenance for them! They did a great job selecting Teton Service Pros for our needs. Carter is super nice and is always helpful. They were really easy apply with were flexible with my long-distance move and the hassle that can come with that
I want so badly to like this apartment complex but I just can’t. Management does as little as they can get away with, and when maintenance comes to fix things, their fixes are cursory at most. We have had problems with bugs and water getting into our apartment for the past year and a half, because our door was poorly installed when the apartment was initially built.
