Our window is still not repaired. The contractor guy said it needs to be replaced so he sent in an order but that was over 2 months ago. I still haven’t heard any updates or anything from management. You really have to bug them a lot if you want anything done. What I wrote above was 6 months ago. Little update: window is still not fixed. Very good rent prices for what you get, especially at Hyde Park. Thin ceilings. Somewhat strict about ESA's. Management will help you if you communicate persistently. Helped with most maintenance issues very quickly and professionally!
Axiom worked quickly on fixing our smoke alarms despite the super late notice!!
