The fence repair was done as good as possible; the post cap was replaced. The top of the near panel is also broken and needs replacing.
It’s pretty good! Axiom has one of the best third-party contractors doing maintenance for them! They did a great job selecting Teton Service Pros for our needs. Carter is super nice and is always helpful. They were really easy apply with were flexible with my long-distance move and the hassle that can come with that
I want so badly to like this apartment complex but I just can’t. Management does as little as they can get away with, and when maintenance comes to fix things, their fixes are cursory at most. We have had problems with bugs and water getting into our apartment for the past year and a half, because our door was poorly installed when the apartment was initially built. They answered our request quickly and did it in a timely manner. We have not had issues since. The maintenance guy was friendly, effective and fast.
I love my neighbors and the manager is a pretty nice guy. Rent is about as cheap as it gets and it's a cute little 2 bed 1 bath apartment. However, my blinds snapped on my wife when she was rolling them up and we had to pay for it because they said it was our fault. Even though the blinds are probably 15 years old. We put in a maintenance request for our sink over a year ago and they still haven't come to fix it. They even removed the request from our portal after a while. And we didn't break it.
