We requested maintenance for an issue with our toilet. Maintenance came but ended up using the wrong part which caused our apartment to flood. I got home and found out the toilet had been spraying water for the past 6 hours. Our floors were completely covered in inches of water. Food was damaged in our kitchen. When we asked for compensation from Axiom, they told us that they don’t give any compensation for floods even though it wasn’t our fault. We had over $100 in damaged food. Unprofessional and frustrating. Although managers were friendly while we were renting, they kept nearly $1000 from us after we moved out, charging us for previous renters’ negligence. We received the apartment in nearly unlivable condition; maintenance personnel also can’t seem to fix a dishwasher - among other things damaged by previous renters - so we had to wash dishes by hand for two years. Would not work with axiom again.
Jared with maintenance is absolutely fantastic in every way! Corporate has some improvements to make with communication.
