The recent repair done to the Smoke detector and Carbon Monoxide alarm was completed well. The response time was good. I am grateful for Axiom Property Management for fixing the issue. Axiom Property Management is a great company.
1 - Carpet Cleaning ------------------------------ Adam, the carpet cleaner from the company contracted by Axiom, did a good job. He arrived on time, worked hard, and finished the work as quickly as he could. The carpet had some damage that I believe was caused by pets from previous tenants. There were stains and smells that had likely been there for several months. Even so, Adam was able to make the carpet better. Travis is on top of getting repairs done as soon as possible, if not the same day maintaince requests are submitted!
