Great property managment company. The apartment I live in is one that is well taken care of. They are really great about communicating about something coming up involving their tenets. I would Highly recommend them. I believe I posted this review earlier but my words still stand. Axiom Property Management has still been a great company to rent from.
Axiom (more specifically their units in Rexburg) have been good to us! Management at our complex has always been friendly and helpful. Other than the normal apartment things you’d experience anywhere our time with them has been good!
I have really enjoyed working with Axiom management! They’re usually really nice on the phone, and quick to answer! Maintenance is fast with small things! Two of my main struggles are the washer/dryer situation and cleanliness/upkeep upon move in. I seem to see a trend a little in the comments about it. But overall I am liking the experience renting from Axiom! It was also really smooth getting into an apartment! They worked with me in getting the one I wanted!
If I could give them negative stars I would. I luckily no longer live in a property they manage, but when I did it was poorly taken care of, they tacked on fees with no reasoning or gave very vague reasons. A week before Christmas, back when I lived under their management, I was charged over $900 half way through my lease when they decided to start requiring a pet deposit and pet rent. The gentleman that fixed my stove was very courteous and was able to fix the burner very quickly I really appreciate his time.
