I have previously lived at a Axiom managed property. When I moved to another apartment complex, I right away noticed and missed the way they ran things, their standards , and attention to detail. I am moving out of state and will be returning to a Axiom managed property and am looking forward to it!
Choose elsewhere if you are considering one of the poorly run properties managed by Axiom. They turn a blind eye to the psychopathic ways of their landlords and will throw their tenants under the bus for money. Their website will show this as well, they are for profit and will evict over non monetary issues such as noise complaints and then sue for the remainder of the rent owed on the lease. If you seek a peaceful place to reside, do not rent from this neglectful, abusive company.
