I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Yeah… just don’t. If you’re a dog owner, don’t trust the part where they say you are allowed to have a dog. If you look at the list of dogs that you are not allowed to have, you’re basically not allowed to have a dog in general as they do not tolerate pure breeds of the majority of commonly owned dogs or any mixture of them. Kind of dumb. But looking at the other reviews, the clear issues with policy and mismanagement kind of check out.
Willowcreek Apartments - My catalytic converter was STOLEN over night and there are NO security cameras on the property. After spending an arm and a leg on rent for an OUTDATED apartment, you’d THINK Axiom Properties would care about the safety and well being of their tenants. This property is in a very busy area. Why haven’t better security measures been taken? Rent is too high for a property that is under ZERO surveillance. The LEAST you can do is install surveillance cameras or security devices.
I live in the Westmore Meyers apts in Lombard and I would give this a 5 star review for the property by itself. Maybe a four since the stream always has garbage in it and the garbage dumsters are always over capacity and it blows either in front of the buildings or into the wooded area behind. The management team here and the maintenance staff are so biased and rude that I would give this a negative rating if I could. This is ongoing for years now, but today was a special type of nonsense.
