My personal experience axiom is like a well oiled criminal enterprise who is also connected to pocatello politics. And i be willing to bet the 5 star reviews on here are family memberw of higher up management 4 months ago went in to let know having health issues was told would work with me. Did not next 3 4 months just getting burned on fees for attorney files an extra 250 ontop of the rent and late fees. I could not get ahead and like I was being pushed out. Hands down the best property manager we have used. Jordan has been a godsend after previous management left us in a very bad situation.
We have used a few property managers over the years. Affinity was barely ok, LB management “Lori bishard” worst we have ever encountered, Axiom has been A+! Jordan has been insanely helpful sorting out the insane mess Lori has left us with.
Definitely an amazing company for the most part, definitely worked with us when we were in the low. They also for the most part accept flex which does make it a little easier. I am gonna hopefully rent through them again if they have anything bigger available. Only downside is the people in apartments. Definitely not their faults but definitely a questionable group.
