The staff was really nice and informative. But the apartments we toured were very disappointing. The pictures online showed family style apartments that were clean and in good condition. Both the inside and outside of the apartments were dirty and not maintained. There were obvious bug problems at both apartments (different locations) as there were dead bugs everywhere. Bathrooms were dirty and the apartments had smells such as smoke and general dirty odors.
Yes we are very happy with all the services Axiom has provided.
It has been a very easy and reliable experience. They are quick to get back to us about any and all maintenance. Also been super affordable with great spaces. Also nice to have the clubhouse for parties and fun plans.
My family moved into the Marigold apartments, managed by Axiom Properties, about ten years ago. When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned, and there were numerous other issues. Rather than waiting for someone to take care of it, our family rolled up our sleeves and cleaned it ourselves so we could move in. Over the years, we experienced a number of maintenance issues.
