Ken is great! Does great work, communicative and always on time.
Axiom has been nothing but a headache. They’re now trying to overcharge me on fees that are completely unfair and considered normal wear and tear, and during my entire time living there, they never fixed the things I reported but want to charge me for things not up to their standards. I was never once late on rent or anything. They did not send me the documents in a timely manner and now im at fault? The finished project is not satisfactory! I've called into Axiom office today and reported the problems with Kaili. She said she would send up the maintenance boss to look over the problems and I asked for him to visit with me so I could further explain the problem. She said she would tell him to talk with me while he was here. Photos do not show the issues.
