The repair I requested pertained to poor drainage in the sinks and tub, poor water pressure on the toilet flush, and a leak whenever running the dishwasher. To this day, the leak when running the dishwasher persists, and it has been 3 months+ since the repair date. Still 3 stars since the other issues were fixed or made better
