Axiom Home has to be the worst inspector that we ever dealt with. He missed a ton of basic things that a professional inspector should catch on a home. How does an inspector miss two bathrooms not having hot water? That's just the beginning of the list of items. I WOULD NEVER REFER John from Axiom. We are still finding basic things that he should have caught!!!?! Home buyers beware!!!! A year later still finding basic thinks that John should have caught.The response below does not even apply to our situation. Wrong house!!
Eric Blandin performed the inspection and he was very knowledgeable. Explained all the building codes and standards. Very impressed!!!! Then he recommended the repairs and was very detailed to the nth degree.
Great job with the inspection and explanation for our investment property purchase. Gordon Gray was super nice and knowledgeable. He really dumbed things down for me and didn't assume I knew the verbiage which I really appreciated
