Teach your drivers to be considerate
HVAC sucks the fan went out on the heating/ac unit I will say they did replace it in a timely professional manner however the replacement part isn't working properly it has been since 7/17 that the fan has been constantly running the only way to turn it off is by turning the main control which I shouldn't have to off which I have made several maintenance requests and someone has has came out but they are not fixing the issue I don't know how much this will increase my electrical bill they don't seem to care
Nothing about them is worth even one start. Poor communication at its finest.
This company is one of the most genuine, down-to-earth, and people-friendly companies I've ever come across. They truly care about how they do business, and it shows in the way they treat both their employees and their residents.
Do not use this company or any of their properties. Fraudulent billing. Properties that are not well managed or maintained. They do not take accountability for anything. We had our washer catch on fire and flood the laundry room multiple times and it was never replaced. Read all of the reviews on any of their properties and see that you are much better elsewhere.
