TWICE THIS ORGANIZATION FAILS MY SON IN LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!! They are dealing with people attempting to overcome addiction, going through withdrawal while dealing with physical, mental and emotional ailments connected with it and you think it makes sense to cause even more stress and anxiety for them. How does someone show up at your facility and have to wait on lobby area for 5 hours for intake?!?!
