i graduated this programs residential about 2 months ago , after being in their detox for about 10 days , and residential for 60, i owe axiom for saving my life the way they did. i showed up withdrawing and scared , not sure about a next step & they helped me more than i thought i was going to get. the detox is a clean facility , the cook is amazing and you can tell he loves his job. the detox nurses , do what they can with what they have , the bht’s may seem strict or annoying but they are just doing their job. I'm only giving 1 stars because as I was not at their facility my loved one was. Unfortunately after her being blacked out for 14 days and prior to that her being another sober living and had no contact with her or her whereabouts for about a couple weeks, I was worried about wife. TWICE THIS ORGANIZATION FAILS MY SON IN LESS THAN A WEEK!!!!! They are dealing with people attempting to overcome addiction, going through withdrawal while dealing with physical, mental and emotional ailments connected with it and you think it makes sense to cause even more stress and anxiety for them. How does someone show up at your facility and have to wait on lobby area for 5 hours for intake?!?!
