Overpriced apartments with 0 amenities. Absolutely crappy management, they will look for every opportunity to charge you for every single thing including receiving Amazon parcels. They never return deposits and will find innovative ways to deduct your balance. This place is best avoided.

Please imagine trying to sleep with the noise heard in the attached video. This is what my wife and I have been dealing with almost nightly since moving into Axiom in October 2025. To be fair, management is aware of the issue and has taken some steps to attempt to resolve it, including sending maintenance and speaking with the neighboring unit. Unfortunately, none of these efforts have resulted in any improvement. The noise continues and our bedroom has become unusable, forcing us to sleep in the living room.
My husband and I moved into Axiom in October 2025, and the experience has been disappointing. While the building appeared clean and well-managed during our tour, that impression did not last after we moved in. From the first night, we experienced ongoing noise disturbances well beyond what is reasonable.
