Problem was resolved within an hour.
Please imagine trying to sleep with the noise heard in the attached video. This is what my wife and I have been dealing with almost nightly since moving into Axiom in October 2025. To be fair, management is aware of the issue and has taken some steps to attempt to resolve it, including sending maintenance and speaking with the neighboring unit. Unfortunately, none of these efforts have resulted in any improvement. The noise continues and our bedroom has become unusable, forcing us to sleep in the living room.
My husband and I moved into Axiom in October 2025, and the experience has been disappointing. While the building appeared clean and well-managed during our tour, that impression did not last after we moved in. From the first night, we experienced ongoing noise disturbances well beyond what is reasonable. I've lived in Axiom for a couple of months, renting through Blueground, and that's enough to warn anyone considering it: look elsewhere. The noise is constant. You hear water running through the walls at all hours, footsteps above, and general disturbances that make it hard to get any rest or peace.
