Me and my husband came in looking for a Tesla before the weekend ended, Alasia was wonderful, she was so helpful, she really went out of her way to give us a great experience, her service was amazing and appreciated!! The service was absolutely horrific. Jack was incredibly rude. I specifically mentioned in text that I would come in to discuss options about selling my car, only selling, upon arrival I had to wait 30 minutes for the mechanic to check my car. Jack approached me asking what car I want to buy. I made it clear several times that I wasn't currently looking to buy a car and if I was it would be after taking care of my current vehicle. I went in for the first time buying myself a truck. I needed a 4 wheel drive. The salesman talked me into a chevy and said it had 4 wheel drive. I also asked them for a warranty. Noy only was the truck not 4 wheel, they charged me for the price if a 4 wheel. A month later the thermostat went out. I took it in and was told i didn't get a warranty .
