Très beau coin où habiter. Proche de tout! Corridors et espace résident bien pris en charge de manière régulière par le personnel d'entretien. Pour toute question l'administration est facilement joignable et disponible pour y répondre.
Je demeure aux Tour Axial (3400) depuis maintenant presqu'un an et je suis très heureux de mon choix d'y habiter. Que ce soit les corridors, les espaces communs, les ascenseurs , l'entretien est vraiment à la hauteur , tout est propre... c'est remarquable. De plus c'est un immeuble très calme et les appartements très bien insonorisés. Samuelle et Vanessa, à la gestion, sont d'une grande efficacité et toujours souriantes, avenantes et efficaces autant l'une que l'autre. If you like having your rent increased every single year then this apartment is perfect for you. Not only will it be increased, but they will also increase the parking fee so that your rent is even higher than expected!! $47 for an exterior parking should be a crime. They don't tell you when the snowplows are coming so if you WFH good luck trying to get out of your spot for 6 months out of the year. But then if you park in the visitor parking for a few hours to have your spot cleaned they give you a towing notice (??) Parkin... read more
