Depuis mon arrivée dans cet immeuble co-locatif j’ai toujours été merveilleusement bien servi, j’ai une condition médicale (amputation) et mon appartement est adapté à celle-ci, suite à mon amputation l’équipe des Tours Axial a apporté les modifications requises ainsi que fourni sans frais les électroménagers adapté à moi et depuis ce temps chacune de mes demandes ont été répondu rapidement Bravo à Samuelle, Vanessa et leurs équipes d’entretien, ma vie est beaucoup plus agréable grâce à vous!
I've been living at Axial for a little under a year, and so far everything is good. I am comfortable in my unit, although the windows could be better isolated from the cold. Staff has been amazing so far. Cleaning crew is hardworking and friendly. The main contact/admin person, Samuelle, is very friendly, quick to reply to emails, and super helpful. Très beau coin où habiter. Proche de tout! Corridors et espace résident bien pris en charge de manière régulière par le personnel d'entretien. Pour toute question l'administration est facilement joignable et disponible pour y répondre.
