Update: Their response did nothing and my follow up email was ignored. An HUD complaint has been initiated. If you require a disability-related accommodation or assistance animal, be aware that this property uses a third-party vendor to review requests, and that third party does not seem to enjoy complying with federal rules and regulations. Staff is AMAZING. Very helpful and polite. Lelia and Christi are incredible! The 1 star is for the property management company because they are terrible.
