EDIT: THANK YOU, maintenance crew, for working your magic to make my AC much better. The team responded to a ticket in just 30 mins late on a Friday afternoon to help me. They're seriously the best. Great except for in the summer. I want to rate Axial Buckhead 5 stars, but the 30+ year old HVAC units make it impossible. Summers are absolute misery here. Air conditioning runs 24/7 and can't get below 80 degrees on hotter days (living in the loft unit makes it feel even hotter). On top of that, your electricity bill will appro... read more
Great except for in the summer. I want to rate Axial Buckhead 5 stars, but the 30+ year old HVAC units make it impossible. Summers are absolute misery here. Air conditioning runs 24/7 and can't get below 80 degrees on hotter days (living in the loft unit makes it feel even hotter). Alexis and Canecia are superstars!! They were so considerate and listened to all my apartment needs. I was greeted with a smile and respect and I was able to tour multiple apartments with ease. The property is clean, the neighbors were friendly as I toured and I was able to take my time to see all the amenities that this beautifully kept up property had to offer. I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends or colleagues that are interested in moving to the Buckhead area. Thanks Axial
