Canecia and Leila were very helpful!
I recently moved in here & it was a very smooth process. Leila from the front office was very helpful, the whole team was amazing.
On move-in day, I waited more than an hour and a half for the system to clear before I could receive the access codes needed to enter my apartment. The delay was beyond my control, yet I had to pay my movers an additional $300 for their waiting time. I have requested compensation for this additional expense and have not received a response to date. What consideration is being given to the fact that I had to absorb a $300 cost as a direct result of a technical issue that was through no fault of my own?
Leila B. was so friendly, personable, and understanding after my partner and I were coming late from another tour. I love her energy and fashion-sense. It’s a great community, close to lots of food spots and a Publix. The community space is small though. It’s a workstation with ability to fit like 1-2 people inside the leasing office.
The team here is the best!
