Spoke to the dr. On the phone back in June seemed fine. Got medicine quickly. Have called the office several times to book an appointment left messages and got no response. Tried to text the dr and no response. Not going to waste anymore of my time. Bad business model. I guess they don’t care about their business when they can’t even return a phone call.
I have been Dr. Leonards' patient for about 6 years. I served in Afghanistan a couple decades ago and was exposed to wartime chemicals causing severe circulation problems along with countless other disabling challenges. Every physician from Baton Rouge to the Mayo Clinic--after taking one look at my blue feet and rotting toenails--stated that they didn't know what "that" was and as such they were neither willing nor able to try to help me. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!! Place needs to be shut down. No one in that clinic needs to be practicing! Just an honest opinion with the experience I have had! It took me a long time to even write this review. There are things that go on in that facility that would have the board of directors, hippa, and Osha vomiting in their mouth!! To say the least! I know this is a high rating, but Dr. Kosztowski deserves each one of those stars. I've have been to Physician that dont even look at you, they just keep typing away on the keyboard. So that took 5 minutes then the next 5 minutes checking glands, ears, knees, eyes and hands. Then ok, we'll see you in 6 weeks. Because the Physician's are only aloud to spend 15 max minutes per patient. They don't ask how are you doing, and Dr. K she truly wants to know how you are doing. Fraudulent, they will be closed soon. Lol why u ask? Can barely pay the rent, the dude has to work at a prison to keep this place open. Neither have a valid dea or controlled substance license, neither have malpractice insurance, they write scrips under other peoples names. I got more!!!!
