Most inept home loan serviceing company I have ever worked with. They continued to over charge me on my escrow account by almost $400 even after I provided them with a copy of my property tax bill. Did not pay my property taxes when due even though they had over double the amount in escrow causing a delinquent tax notice with penalty to be sent to me.
