I have tried calling every single day for a month to get ahold of them with questions about my account. One number always goes to voicemail. The other number is disconnected. They don't even have a website. I tried emailing them off of an email I found through another Google review. What kind of company is completely unreachable?
Scam Scam!!! stay away from this guy's. They tell you, you won a free security system. And you end up signing a worthless contract of 5 years.

Installed my system over a year ago. Been trying to Get our money back ever since. Can’t get anyone on the phone. It’s all over email the reason we wanted our money back is because they got us in a 5 year contract but never installed any of the cameras that were promised. They only installed the window and door sensors. We’re supposed to Come back and never did. Have yet to be able to get ahold of anyone to this day. Still getting charged with half of the promised equipment
Dont do business with this company. Dylan will offer you a free system in exchange for a 5yr contract for monitoring through a third party monitoring company. I needed some help with my account. Dylan said he would have someone from the office reach out to me. Never heard from them. Drove to their office, and surprise, no AX Guard security. Just a home theater company. Very shady. Get some business ethics Dylan.
