As others have mentioned Jason is good at helping people new to cpap however once you get to the veteran stage he stops replying to emails. A meeting doesn't do much good if there's barely any follow up and emails get ignored/ghosted after a few days. Don't recommend using axg unless you are new to this stuff.
I paid Jason $400 for a full video consult and am quite disappointed with the overall results. My first Zoom call consisted of roughly an hour long conversation where I was told that my sleep was “pretty bad” but he didn’t give me any particulars; it was just very vague. Jason did seem to give me some good advice about mouth taping and, at that point, seemed engaged and caring. A hats off to Jason for taking a look at my Resmed airsense 10 data using Oscar to take a deep look at my sleep data. I have tried a number of full face and nasal masks which still leaked on me. Settled on a wisp nasal mask. I knew that I was breathing through my mouth with a slightly deviated septum. When Jason looked at a week of my data he said that I had a high air leak and that I was waking up every 4 to 5 minutes all night long. Probably mouth sputters as he called it. Doesn’t respond
Didn’t help. Maybe good for those new to CPAP but 2 sessions 1 week apart is not enough to figure out more complicated cpap problems. Should have known it couldn’t be accomplished in 2 tries from watching the videos of him trying to help his dad. Again, for people just starting out or those with an easy fix, the diagnostic service will probably help. But honestly, you can probably get the same info from watching a few videos. Wish I could get me $300 bucks back. Nice guy though.
