As others have mentioned Jason is good at helping people new to cpap however once you get to the veteran stage he stops replying to emails. A meeting doesn't do much good if there's barely any follow up and emails get ignored/ghosted after a few days. The worst part is getting gaslit "oh i sent the reply or I don't see your email" which is bs because i get all other emails so the issues obviously not on my end. I paid Jason $400 for a full video consult and am quite disappointed with the overall results. My first Zoom call consisted of roughly an hour long conversation where I was told that my sleep was “pretty bad” but he didn’t give me any particulars; it was just very vague. Jason did seem to give me some good advice about mouth taping and, at that point, seemed engaged and caring. A hats off to Jason for taking a look at my Resmed airsense 10 data using Oscar to take a deep look at my sleep data. I have tried a number of full face and nasal masks which still leaked on me. Settled on a wisp nasal mask. I knew that I was breathing through my mouth with a slightly deviated septum. When Jason looked at a week of my data he said that I had a high air leak and that I was waking up every 4 to 5 minutes all night long. Probably mouth sputters as he called it.
