Didn't tell me what I would be paying until after my visit. Then charged me almost $ThreeHundred for services I could have received free of charge at any other dental office. Oh Boy, do I feel like I've been had.
I have always had very positive experiences with Axxesspointe. Any problems have been easily resolved. The care that I have received is excellent and the staff and providers are easy to talk to and very helpful. I have been very satisfied with the care that I receive.
I am going to provide a very BRUTALLY honest review. If you want to add more stress and issues to your life, 100% go with this location. My husband has been visiting this location for a few years and one issue that's always been persistent is the fact that it is like pulling teeth to get them to send over a prescription refill when you ACTUALLY need it, and this brings me to my next point. theyll refer you but never call you about results or next actions, theyll do a test if you have a complaint to them then ask why you needed that test, last time i went in i got chastized for smoking weed she looked me in the face and said shed "prefer i smoke cigarettes theyre healthier" theyve gone through at least 4 cnps this past year so i have to give a whole new phi everytime i go in. they do not return voicemails ever and it takes forever to get a prescription refill just for the lady at the pharmacy to have an attitud... read more
