Every single person here was so helpful and caring I have never experienced such kind and thoughtful care at a dentist before. I am so grateful for their help and plan on continuing treatment with them for future visits
Every time I've gone to this Kent location, they're running at least 15–20 minutes behind. The first time I made an appointment, I scheduled a cleaning. I couldn't get in for three months, and one week before my appointment, they called and said I needed an exam first. I don't know why they didn't tell me that when I first made the appointment. Could I please tell you how WONDERFUL the dental hygienist was with my 5 year old grandson!!! Her name was Sarah, and I would definitely recommend her a million times. He was a little scared, and she knew just how to make him comfortable. You can tell she really cares. She went above and beyond. He may just LOVE coming to the dentist now! THANK YOU SARAH :)
I have been going to Axess point for over a decade. I love my doctor but the rest of the staff is absolutely atrocious. The front desk workers rarely listen and often misdirect you or treat you like the last person in the world they want to see. At least a dozen times a year I get prescribed the wrong things ( that reason is what made me so mad I'd share this review) I'm an open heart surgery patient that's diabetic.
