HORRIBLE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I sold my home to this group and the gentleman parted ways, which I didn't know about, no one told me. The payments haven't been made timely and as a result my credit has tanked. The gentleman who took over the home cursed me out when asking about payment and when I spoke to Axcess about it the guy said if it was that bad he would take the property back to prevent this from happening. I have had to sell two homes in the last month’s time and I chose Axess Home Buyers since they offered me a higher price and quick closing so that I could have the funds to pursue other investments. They were quite easy to work with and offered a fiat purchase price for both homes. I would recommend them if you are in need of selling you home quickly and want to have someone that deals fairly especially if the home is in need of work that a regular home buyer wouldn’t want to deal with.
