The service that my family and I have received from Axel's office of the years has been nothing but short of excellent. I had such a great experience observing at Axel Jimenez's State Farm office! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and patient with me while I learned and asked questions. You can tell the whole team really enjoys what they do and genuinely cares about helping people. The atmosphere in the office was positive and professional, and I truly enjoyed my time there. I learned a lot and would highly recommend this agency to anyone!
Having our car totaled out of state was a frustrating experience. However, Axel's office rep Allison Wade, quickly connected us to our Claims Rep when we needed and continued to check on us throughout the claim process. So very thankful for her service! And so very thankful for our Claims Rep, Ariel Chavira Servin, who provided five star service bringing us comfort as he walked us through the entire process to the point of assuring we received our claim funds. I was not getting anywhere with my auto glass claim until I called Axel’s office and spoke with Wenkers Wright. He got things moving along and things started falling in place very quickly with an appointment from the auto glass company. I’m grateful to Wenkers for helping me with this.
