Having our car totaled out of state was a frustrating experience. However, Axel's office rep Allison Wade, quickly connected us to our Claims Rep when we needed and continued to check on us throughout the claim process. So very thankful for her service! And so very thankful for our Claims Rep, Ariel Chavira Servin, who provided five star service bringing us comfort as he walked us through the entire process to the point of assuring we received our claim funds. Thank you all for excellent service!
I had such a great experience observing at Axel Jimenez's State Farm office! Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and patient with me while I learned and asked questions. You can tell the whole team really enjoys what they do and genuinely cares about helping people. The atmosphere in the office was positive and professional, and I truly enjoyed my time there. Axel has been my agent since I first moved out on my own and needed my own insurance policies at 19.
