Axel and his team at State Farm have been nothing short of amazing! I’ve been searching for the right insurance plan for months, and somehow, they worked everything out perfectly to get my premium exactly where I wanted it. The team I’ve been working with—Axel, Ryan, and Brooke—has been incredible. They’re responsive, informative, and always go above and beyond to ensure I’m satisfied. I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable insurance agent.
I think Axel’s reviews speak for themselves. He is truly a different type of agent. He runs a pretty large office in town and I’m sure has hundreds of policies but I never have a problem with getting ahold of someone in his office if I have a question. The customer service is truly beyond expectations. I shopped around with lots of local agents and none of them came close to his numbers or his service. I have had my family switch to his insurance as well and I highly recommend him to anyone who is shopping for rates.
Axel and his staff provided me the best and lowest quote for my apartment in Chicago. The communication was thorough and they answered all of my questions in a timely manner. The entire process was smooth and it made my experience stressfree. Will come back again to use Axel and team's services for my next home :)
Phenomenal experience while visiting Axel's office yesterday. I was able to get to know the staff through a complimentary massage event for his staff.
