Such disgusting hotel and staff members also the cheap receptionist … such a creepy hotel I have ever visited in USA…. No empathy.. no maners to talk with customers…. Ghatiya room service… demanding for refund.

Very disappointed with the reception staff, which has changed since my first visit in 2023 where we were received from the taxi drop-off to our room with big smiles and sympathy, that was before! In 2025, not a hello, not a glance, we were left waiting without any indication in front of the reception desk, as freezing as the air conditioning in the rooms. We enjoyed this warm somewhat small hotel environment. Nice and easily accessible outdoor pool with cool floaties, food and drinks.The beach is quite nearby and chairs included. We’re sad to see that it will be closing at the end of March, to be expanded. Lots of restaurants , buses, a shopping mall within walking distance. The cleaning staff could do a more thorough job in the rooms. Fun bars and night clubs nearby too, and a botanical garden and Holocaust memorial
