Excellent experience with Dr office staff and surgical team.

ZERO STARS. Dr Anderson and all staff are ridiculously unprofessional and rude. I've never seen anything like it in my adult life. My adult daughter has been going to him for over a year because he is the only one who accepts Medicaid. Unfortunately. All staff are very rude as well as the Dr. No reason for it.

I’ve spent a week by my father’s side, home in hospice. He has aggressive Stage 4 prostate cancer. As I stay in the room with him unable to sleep I continue to ask myself why. Why did Dr. Anderson not order any type of scan when he saw my fathers skyrocketing psa numbers? Why did he not advise him to seek consultation with an oncologist? Why did he dismiss my mother?s concern when she went with he him to his appointment? The answer is the reason I myself (A former patient) decided to seek treatment elsewhere. I do not believe... read more

I had a urocuff done in 2019 by Dr. Anderson. Same symptoms returned and made an appt. Even though I was an existing patient took 6 weeks to get in. Dr. spent 5 minutes listening to my symptoms he said we need to do the same 3 tests we did in 2019 and we might need to redo the urocuff. His staff setup 3 appt. After I got home I realized I should have ask if there might be another course of action, possibility medication VS surgery. So I called and explained my situation and asked to speak with him. I was told by the answerin... read more

ZERO STARS I have been suffering from Re-Occuring painful bladder infections and was referred to him by my primary only because he is one the few in my insurance coverage. The point was to be evaluated and have tests done to get to the root of the problem. Instead he just decided to throw antibiotics at me, which obviously in the past have not worked which led me to the reason for my referral. So now here I am, still suffering with no new solutions. Anyone can give antibiotics, the while point of going to a specialist is to ... read more

Went to saint cloud orlando health for kidney stone based in md save program. Facility didnt know what they offered-quoted me 23k to remove stone(6mm)-confused after charging more than quoted for office visit. Dr Anderson gave me bogus advise and couldnt help me for 2 wks. His advise was if I get into pain go to ormc emergengy rm. Have to say worst visit ever regarding doctor and facility.--waist of money and time. Shame on you ORMC. Dr Anderson was immediate in the response to do a biopsy after reviewing my history where my Grandfather and my father both had prostrate cancer. In my Grandfather's case it killed him. My PSA was only marginal. Dr Anderson counseled me about the results taking the time to make sure I didn't flip out when I heard the word cancer. I still have to go through the surgery and dr Anderson won't be doing it but this is a remark to say he did a great job. I am thankful that he is a good listener. A+ !

He trNsfered me to Orlando to have a tube put in my kidney. Once home I contacted him. Was told he was on vacation and couldn't see me for 2 weeks. I spent Christmas holiday in discomfort and he cared less. Would Never Ever use him again
