I walked into Axe to Grind for a tattoo consultation and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere of the entire place. The staff are helpful, friendly and laid back. I had the pleasure of being tattooed alongside the owner Justin. Hearing his story and the reasons why he does what he specializes in are remarkable. Justin is the best barber in Massachusetts
I could cry, I just brought my 3 yo w/ autism for a haircut. I fully expected him to freak out and cry and be a whole mess, he is VERY sensitive. This boy you can’t even put socks on without a melt down, I try and comb his hair he throws a fit. But Nick took the time to make him comfortable which surprisingly my boy took to him (he doesn’t do well with many new faces, so that says a lot to how sweet and kind Nicks vibes must have been towards my son) and not a single tear was shed while he got an amazing haircut! 10/10 we wi... read more
