Eric was a fantastic technician! He was on time, respectful of our home and dogs, friendly and was happy to answer questions. We had a hiccup after he had left and he was back first thing the next day to fix it. Great experience

First of all I am a hvac installer and I just had to explain to the people who think they were getting ripped off cause they could get the same part cheaper at home depot well guess what those prices that hvac companies come up with have a lot of factors into them like paying for the vehicle and insurance and maintenance and fuel costs and then they have to pay the employee for their time and they also have warranty on parts and labor plus tools to do some of the work is very expensive so sure you can do it cheaper for yours... read more

We had Nick Br from Black diamond plumbing & mechanical come out this morning to help with a leak in our basement. He arrived so quickly and was really nice. He found the issue that was our water softener and he fixed everything. We are very happy with his work and the company. Would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

We have had to use them twice in the last two weeks. They have been prompt (even early on a much needed pipe leak day). They explain the process thoroughly. We are very grateful for their excellent customer service.
