We have been trying to take money out of our retirement account. There is no longer anyone at the local office and the online people act as though it is not our right to take our money out despite the fact that we have met the requirements to withdraw.
My mother-in-law purchased annuities through AXA Advisors. When she passed away, as her executor, I was tasked with settling the annuities. I have had nothing but grief with Adam Camacho. He is not in his office during posted hours. He doesn't answer his phone and only seldom returns calls. Adam said he would help when she died but he has been AWOL. Also, I was given wrong information which delayed payment. Do NOT invest with him or with this company.
