The service technician was excellent. He did a great job and explained everything really well. He was a great communicator and I’m very happy.

Demetrius saved our day on July 4th when our air conditioner failed to work. He arrived promptly and took the correct measures to repair the problem. He was very courteous, knowledgeable of plans offered and took the time to fully explain them.
Chris was AMAZING! He showed up when he said, was upfront about possible problems, went over everything in detail, & was a breath of fresh air. He was kind, knowledgeable, & friendly. He didn't try to upsell us at all, just gave us the facts & let us decide. We will definitely use Academy Air & Morrison Plumbing again!
