⭐ 1 STAR – VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE We are extremely dissatisfied with this service. The plumber clearly delayed the job in order to increase the number of billable hours. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, he drove around for nearly 3 hours and then sat in his vehicle for almost an additional hour, claiming he was searching for a part that costs around $200. We had an amazing experience with AWS for our a/c installation project! The entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Ms Lisa was extremely courteous n organized coordinated everything perfectly from scheduling different parts of the job to keeping me updated every step of the way. AWS Plumbing and Heating did a great job with our oil to gas conversion. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well organized.
