The whole clean out process went so smoothly and right on schedule. Eric and Noah were well prepared and careful of the many plantings I had around the pound area. The 13,000 gallon pond is about 25 years old and has never been cleaned before! We live in a wooded area, and despite our best efforts, 25 years of leaves had made a lot of muck. But the bottom and sides ( boulders, rocks, and gravel) were very clean when they finished, so we won’t wait another 25 years before having them back. We have had AWM Water Features service our Koi pond for approximately 7 years. They did a great job with renewing our pond from a basic pond to an attractive professionally designed water feature. It is fabulous! They service our water feature both in the Spring and in the Fall. They are always on time and always do the service to perfection. We are a school in Muskegon, MI and the AWM team built an amazing water feature for our outdoor education program. From initial conversation, to finishing the construction, to now maintenance, they have been amazing.
Didn't build patio or pond to size agreed upon. I already had the hole dug and he filled in most of it while I was gone now I lose fish every winter. Not recommended
