In our experience, AWM has consistently ignored our emails and phone calls. We found that neither AWM nor our building manager were helpful, and when we raised concerns, the managers were often rude and hostile towards owners. We cannot recommend this company. They couldn't handle basic maintenance of our building.

Poor management and communication. AWM has been rude and dismissive toward owners, making issues more complicated instead of resolving them. Friends in other buildings report the same experience. Even some council members are unhappy, and there are plans to replace them next year.
We had a very disappointing experience with AWM as our strata management provider. In our view, they routinely ignored lawful requests from owners and deflected responsibility onto the council. However, the BC Strata Property Act clearly states that management companies must not act on unlawful directions from council.
