Poor communication, frequent stonewalling, and defensive boilerplate replies. Management repeatedly failed to forward owner concerns to Council and threatened undefined fees rather than offering practical solutions. Not recommended.
We had an apartment in a building managed by Marco Silva from AWM. Marco has been with us since the building completed and residents moved in back in 2018. Given his senior property manager position, Marco has been managing several buildings and his schedule must be very busy yet he has always been professional and courteous throughout, never neglecting to answer my email inquiries albeit it took him a couple of days to respond. In my experience, working with this company was very disappointing. I personally found a lack of transparency and unprofessional manners in my interactions with them. If you are considering hiring them, I recommend doing thorough research and speaking with councils and residents of the buildings they manage before making a decision.
