Just another low integrity company. I read through all the reviews and AWM's responses before writing this. The pattern is clear and concerning. Multiple buildings across Vancouver report the same issues: ignored emails, hostile staff, poor maintenance, lack of financial transparency, and failure to follow BC Strata Property Act requirements.
