I am very disappointed by the lack of respect for my time and the poor communication during my recent visit. I had a 4:30 pm appointment for a nail refill because two of my nail extensions that I had in the same shop fell off within just 10 days. I booked specifically to have those fixed. At 3:35 pm, I called the salon to ask if I could come earlier since I was already nearby. I was told it would be okay as long as I didn’t need a specific technician. Bella and Leah did mine and my mom’s pedicure. They took their time and did such a thorough job. Highly recommend seeing either of these nail technicians. Thank you!
