Been here before, nail services are good, but quality of Pedicures, communication, customer treatment etc are terrible……..
UPDATE: Went on Vacation after having nails done - It cracked and ripped off after one week, did not even last for 2 weeks and nails were so rough after that. Kate did my manicure today, she was very rude and rough, did a hasty work, seemed like she did it just for the sake of it, she was not detailed and not considerate. Very arrogant and poor customer service. I have dry eyes so I asked for few breaks and it seemed she did not like it and started talking in her language to the coworker, seemed like she talked ill about me ... read more
I’ve been coming to Tina for several years for gel manicures and am always pleased with the results. Tina goes the extra mile and is gentle and efficient and very creative with her designs on holiday themes.😊
Terrible pedicure. Asked for square shape multiple times they rounded the edges. Was hard to communicate staff not understanding basic requests. Will not return
