*They lose track of what customer has an appt and who is there first. 🤔 *Still a lot of callus on my feet. I called for appt, arrived for my appointment, they asked me to sit at one of the Pedicure chairs. Someone walked in with their daughter and they told them have a seat at a pedi chair as well. They were provided service first. When they are busy, they lose track of who was there first. I witnessed that it happened to another lady as well. She called in, they agreed on 15 min. If I could rename this place, I’d call it “Horrific Awful Nail Salon” instead of “Awesome Nails.” This was my first and definitely last time visiting this nail salon. I went in to get my nails fixed and change the color. As soon as I walked in, the man who I believe is the owner greeted me with immediate rudeness. He looked at my nails and asked—very bluntly and condescendingly—why I didn’t just go back to the place that originally did them.
