In a word, AWESOME! :) Professional, courteous, kind and understanding. Casper the groomer arrived at our home on schedule and took time to familiarize himself with our Pembroke Welsh Corgi - Cali the California Girl (AKC Champion Show Dog - Ret). He then gave Cali the full service spa treatment that she has been long accustomed to receiving from her show dog career. My dog Bordie absolutely lights up when his favorite groomer, Alex, arrives. Alex is truly the best! Bordie is a 100-pound, high-energy Lab puppy who can be anxious during bath time, but Alex handles him with patience and care. Even though he’s not a fan of bath time, he loves when she comes. So much so that as soon as the grooming truck pulls up, he’s waiting at the door, tail wagging. After greeting her he hops right into the cart ready go.

From deep kindness and empathy, Kristin and Ciara, with the support of the owner, reached out to help our sick American Eskimo who is dying. I will forever be grateful to them for their support when no one else would or could help. We weren't even a customer of theirs! Ciara loving talked to Snowy to keep her calm while working miracles on her coat. We are so very appreciative and thankful.
