5 star on installation and communication during the installation. He came to my house and did the install in the cold weather, he even prepped half of it at his shop the day before the install, to minus half of what might have been 4 hours the day of install, but instead took only 2 hours the day of. Been dealing with them for 3 days now. Feel like I’m being scammed. They won’t send a photo of vehicles vin. Which was requested due to them claiming the vehicle has 24k miles but car fax claiming it has 46k. Very shady behavior going on. I will change review if anything changes.
