After paying $350 for gutter cleaning and marginal power washing was I awe struck to see water pouring over my gutters during a heavy downpour - gutters had not been touched or cleared. Tried calling and they said that they would send their team back to fix the problem after several calls, still no-show. Avoid this company!!!

They called me. Window washing service. Said they would send me an email day before their scheduled arrival. Never got the email. Called them from number they called me from and told them I was not comfortable with not getting information and allowing people into my home. They said boss, Matt ***** would call me. I received a robocall today. Coincidentally (?), it is the exact same message I've received many a robocall from, for ******* Services LLC. Unique and memorable is how the message starts: "Oh, thank goodness for voice mail..." (P.S. I am on the DNC list!) The phone # on today's call was ************, which is different than the one shown here, however, the President - Matt (******** ********** is the same. Awe Struck has been calling my home, unsolicited, for over a year. I have asked them to stop and yet I receive a call and voice message every 2-3 days. I have read their Yelp and Google reviews and there are dozens of consumers having the same issue. Given their blatant disregard for basic marketing rules and repeated consumer requests for stopping their robocalling, I recommend considering if they are really a company you want to do business with. It is obvious why they are not a BBB accredited business.
