Not Responsive and therefore Not Professional. I would give a minus 2 stars if that were an option. We contacted this company several times. We successfully reached them three times in particular.. Always states they will help but never returns calls or follows up. In the first call the response was "Ok sure will" but did not return the call or get back to us.
