I had a great experience at the clinic. The staff were very welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived. The waiting time was minimal, and everything was well organized. The dentist and the team were kind, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this clinic.
(2025/08/05) The perio exam report has not been sent yet! After a whole week! They said they would complete it by the end of the week when I called them last week, they failed to do so. I just got a crown lengthening procedure done here last week and all of the staff were so wonderful! It was very smooth getting all set up with my insurance and they were very good both over the phone and in person answering all my questions. Dr. Awde is so kind and has great bedside manner, I can tell he genuinely cares about his patients as people. I have been a patient of Dr. Awde's for many years (started with him when he was on Oxford St ) and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, caring, his bedside manner is, and always has been, beyond what you receive in most medical offices anymore, takes time to explain any issues you have and answers any questions. I have had nothing but wonderful experience with the treatment received by Dr. Awde and his team. My dental procedure was quick and painless and the nurses and the doctors are incredibly patient, kind and professional. Doctor Spencer is funny and very encouraging and, after following his instructions for recovery, I healed successfully and the toothaches are just bad memories by now. Excellent service! I really appreciated it!
