I have been here on 2 occasions May 2026 & August 2026 for the kid braid specials. They have some of the NASTIEST & RUDE lady’s working here. The shop is gorgeous & location is large & convenient but they need some assistance with proper protocol, customer service & professionalism. May 2026 - we arrived at 8pm - I asked for large box braids for my daughter & showed a reference photo. Quick and easy service, very careful hands and great attention to detail for your service.
I love my style but the pricing is inconsistent. I booked my small boho knotless braids for $340 online with a deposit, and they charged me $450 after finishing as the “special was no longer active”. It’s still listed at $340 as I’m writing this.
I did 2 stars only because My daughters hair turned out beautiful, HOWEVER the experience was not the best, if my daughter wasn’t so excited to get her hair done there’s no way I would have stayed and continued with the service. From the second I walked through the door nobody greeted me, nobody communicated with me about anything and made it impossible to ask questions. There was only ONE lady in the entire establishment that was kind and came and spoke. Unfortunately I will never come back
