I don't normally write bad reviews but, after reading other people had similar experience with this company. I felt that it was important to tell you my experience. I applied on line for a case management position. I was contacted by a hiring manager via phone. In our phone conversation she explained that the company had a position open that I was qualified for. Was hired back in October, I sent emails and left voicemails about when I could do shadow shifts to start, and still today, nobody has had me scheduled for a single shift. Worst management I've ever experienced. I've called the main office they said they'd call me back about my schedule and still nothing. I've called my supervisor, no answer multiple times and then called the GFs office to get her and she said she's in a meeting and hung up on me. Still, no response or schedule made. The human resources department leaves a lot to be desired. Multiple applications lost, absolutely no follow-up after interviews, something is really wrong with this organization to have such poor communication with potential employees.
