I have let Robert know that I want my renters to feel good about the homes Award Reality and I provide for them. When it comes to a minor repair, he lets me know after the fact what he did to correct a problem. As for major repairs I have always agreed with his assessment and correction of any issues. It costs him nothing to provide a quality living environment, and it means a lot to me to be able to provide one.
