Had the pleasure of working with Phil Wilder. Unless it's a new home, skip the tech savvy young guns, and go with someone who can get things done. All homes will have issues found during the inspections, and who better than Phil to resolve them. He has contacts with all manner of professions to correct the issues. He personally went out of his way to find, schedule and follow-up on repairs. Plus he's quick to respond to your calls.

I put an offer in on a property located at 10213 W Oak Ridge Drive listed by Wanda Kay Peters. Ms Peters was notified by my agent we were in the process of making a Cash offer above list price and a quick closing. There was another offer on the property but Ms Peters did not present my offer even though it was sitting in her email. I do not understand why my offer was not presented even though she knew it was there or on the way
