Great items, friendly customer service. Only 3 stars because they are only open when I’m at work and they are closed Fri-Sun. So I need to take time off work to go there, I would rather go other places for convenience sake.
Work quality is okay. Their turnaround time is excessive. Make sure to order way ahead of time, because it's going to be a very long wait receiving the final product.
Award Masters is amazing!! It was difficult for me to get over to the shop due to my working hours so I came in last minute for a medium sized paddle and they were able to give me a 2 day turnaround and didn’t charge me anything extra. They originally told me they could only engrave a plate since it was last minute but went a step further and engraved the paddle and even added the command crest!
