Their inspection cost me the sale of a home where I represented the seller. Their "findings" were not accurate and when we had Certified A/C, Electrician and Roofer come in -- they all confirmed the findings were not accurate!! Just one instance they said the stove needed replacement - We had receipt for it that had just been installed 6 months earlier?!? The buyer lost their $5000 in escrow because of their inaccuracies.
