Couldn't even talk to old love on the phones for more than a minute. With the unpleasing attitude she had to 1 question. Must make it a little difficult to pick up new business? Might need to remind her she's the first point of contact and service.
I had award fencing out in November 2024 to view the site for a residential fencing job. The sales rep said the quote for the job would be sent out in the next few weeks. I then spent the next 4 months calling the company phone number, calling the sales rep directly and emailing both the company and the sales rep asking for my quote. This was always met with "it's the next thing on my list I promise, you'll have it by the end of the week". Townsville residents do not bother to make contact or ask for this company serviced as they are NOT interested in physically quoting on small jobs on site. They fail to realise that reputation is huge and the little jobs keep a small business operating. Have now sourced a company that will. Thanks but no thanks 👎
