Riley B. is great. Her work has been very helpful for my lower back issues.
Grant is awesome, he took his time, there was no rush, he explained everything he was doing as he did it and why. Incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell he truly cares and is passionate about what he does.
I had a fantastic massage with Riley. She was very thorough and helpful. She listened about my problem areas and targeted them. She was the perfect mix of personable when I wanted to talk and calmly quiet when I didn't. I don't always want to be chatty when I'm trying to relax. Highly recommend and w9uld see her again.
I had an excellent neuromuscular massage experience. Grant was extremely professional and, most importantly, a great listener. He really took the time to listen to what I was feeling and helped me understand what he was doing and why, which made me feel very comfortable and confident throughout the session. Grant was incredibly knowledgable and helpful at talking through my concerns and navigating ways to work on alleviating pain. His approach to massage allows your muscles to relax before digging into any sticky points and never pushing things to har but still getting an incredible amount of relief. I would highly recommend you see Grant.
